The BRAVE trial is a Department of Defense sponsored, multi-site clinical trial targeting improvement of cognitive deficits associated with mild traumatic brain injury. In particular, it tests whether multiple sessions of at-home computer-based cognitive training can generalize to improvements in attention, memory, and executive functioning.
