VA Secretary Doug Collins Visits TRACTS

Friday, September 26th, VA Secretary Doug Collins was in Massachusetts – the 26th state that he has visited as VA secretary. The secretary asked to meet with the TRACTS leaders to learn more about what we are doing to advance care for Veterans with TBI & PTSD.
