The Boston Attention and Learning Lab (http://www.bu.edu/ballab) at VA Boston uses behavioral measures, cognitive training, fMRI, and non-invasive brain stimulation to investigate the ability to sustain attention and better understand why and how people get distracted. Additionally, we are interested in how attention is influenced by stress-related psychopathology and focal brain injuries, as well as how attention changes throughout development and aging.
