Colleen has been working for the VA Boston Healthcare System since 2004. She began as a research assistant, after which she became a project coordinator. In 2010, she earned her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from UMass Boston, and since then, she has been working with the TRACTS Center of Excellence as a vocational rehabilitation specialist. Colleen assists veterans as they transition from the military to the civilian worlds of education and work.
