Dylan joined the TRACTS team at VA Boston Healthcare System in 2020 and assists in multiple research projects while co-leading STEP-Home reintegration workshops. Prior to joining TRACTS, he worked as a military contractor teaching resilience and mental performance optimization skills to Soldiers. Dylan earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and his interests span sport/exercise/performance psychology, resilience, counseling, and psychology of injury. One of his main missions is to help Veterans get the care that they deserve, and believes that the STEP-Home program is integral to helping Veterans transition from military to civilian life.
