Having trained and worked in three different medical systems (Iran, France, and US), I am pleased to share my versatile clinical experience with my colleagues in TRACTS. Here, I review the research brain MRIs for incidental findings that may need medical attention.
I am also part of the Framingham Heart Study which evaluates the relationship between the number of perivascular spaces and risk factors for brain disease. Our current research is on enlarged perivascular spaces as markers of vascular pathology and Alzheimer disease.
